We are very aware that we are running late for our AGM. However, we are currently just awaiting a time/date that works for the Minister, and as soon as we are advised, we will share the time/date and notify you.

Lake Manitoba update: June 26, 2016

Strong winds are affecting all the gauges around Lake Manitoba, so the estimates of river and lake levels are all approximate. Outflow at Fairford is 7,131 cfs and inflow at Waterhen is 5,930 cfs. Flow on the Whitemud has fallen since last week, and is currently 494 cfs. It will likely rise in the next day or two with the rains over the weekend. The level of Lake St. Martin is currently 800.46 feet. Flow on the Assiniboine is still falling and is currently 3,459 cfs at Holland, and 3,636 cfs at Headingly.

Lake Manitoba update: June 19, 2016

The wind is affecting the gauges on Lake Manitoba, so the current estimate of its level of 812.24 feet is approximate. Wind is also affecting outflow at at Fairford (7,307) cfs and inflow at the Waterhen (5,436 cfs). Flow on the Whitemud jumped sharply today with the heavy rains last night and is currently 1,094 cfs. The level of Lake St. Martin fell slightly to 800.39 feet. Flow on the Assiniboine is falling and is currently 3,565 cfs at Holland, and 3,883 cfs at Headingly.

Lake Manitoba update: June 12, 2016

Wind is playing havoc with the gauges on Lake Manitoba this morning making the current estimate of the level of 812.22 feet unreliable. Outflow at Fairford has fallen to 6,354 cfs while the inflow from the Waterhen has fallen to 5,754 cfs. Both readings are affected by the wind. Flow on the Whitemud fell sharply over the last week and is now 530 cfs. The level of Lake St. Martin remained stable at 800.46 feet. Flow on the Assiniboine rose slightly to 4,060 cfs at Holland, and 4,095 cfs at Headingly.

Lake Manitoba update: June 5, 2016

It’s been an eventful week, with a major storm system moving through southern Manitoba midweek. The winds have died down and we can now get a reasonable read on the level of Lake Manitoba, which is currently 812.16 feet. Outflow at Fairford has risen to 6,707 cfs while the inflow from the Waterhen is currently 5,930 cfs. Flow on the Whitemud rose sharply to 1,271 cfs with the recent rains, but is now falling again. The level of Lake St. Martin fell to 800.46 feet.
 
With the rain, flow on the Assiniboine rose moderately to 3,989 cfs at Holland, and 3,777 cfs at Headingly.
